Scott De Nardo

With over 20 years of experience, Scott is a skilled advisor for clients on complex matters involving labor & employment laws, government and white collar investigations, compliance, and risk management. His practice consists of investigating and reviewing compliance programs, policies, and corporate procedures, as well as the historical factual investigation of corporate practices. Scott has litigated matters in both state and federal courts and has represented clients before regulatory agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, California’s Public Employment Relations Board, and California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

Prior to joining the firm, Scott represented clients in investigations and prosecutions by government enforcement agencies, including the DOJ, SEC, and state and local entities, and represented corporations in internal investigations including whistleblower complaints, labor and employment matters, and government affairs.
