Kyle combines his computer engineering technical experience with his various judicial work experiences to advise clients on intellectual property litigation matters across a variety of industries.
Kyle is an intellectual property litigation associate in the firm’s Dallas office. With a background in computer engineering, Kyle is able to use his technical experience to understand a client’s product and technology. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was a law clerk for the Hon. Roy Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, a judicial intern for the Hon. Alan Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and a judicial extern for the Hon. Rebecca Rutherford of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Kyle received his J.D., cum laude, from Texas A&M School of Law in 2023, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Property Law Vol. 9. He earned his B.S. in computer engineering, with a minor in mathematics and certificate in ethical leadership, from Texas A&M University in 2020.
