Rebecca specializes in litigation, with a focus on antitrust law, business organizations, and government investigations.
As a former Winston summer associate, Rebecca gained valuable experience in antitrust law, drafting memoranda concerning potential antitrust violations, as well as compiling and analyzing data on litigants’ access to courts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rebecca has a diverse professional background, spanning work with law firms, political campaigns, and state and federal courts. Prior to joining Winston, she served as a paralegal at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, where she assisted clients in obtaining relief under new expungement laws. Rebecca also gained judicial experience through internships with the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino of the New Jersey Court of Appeals and the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In addition to her legal work, she served as Finance Director for Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon’s successful campaign and was a finance intern for former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s victorious 2018 gubernatorial campaign.
Rebecca is proficient in French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Rebecca earned her J.D., with honors, from Cornell Law School in 2022. While attending Cornell, Rebecca was a member of the school’s International Law Journal, Women’s Law Coalition, and American Constitution Society. Rebecca received her B.A. in English, with a concentration in creative writing, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
