Alicia Duncan

Alicia supports the office of general counsel and provides a broad range of risk management advice to the firm and its lawyers on matters involving legal ethics, professional responsibility, and conflicts of interest. Alicia also leads Winston & Strawn’s Conflicts Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Alicia served as senior litigation counsel for the Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission where she prosecuted attorney disciplinary matters and presented to lawyers and other professional groups professional responsibility and legal ethics topics. Alicia has also represented clients in legal malpractice matters and other professional liability issues.
