Chip’s practice is focused on the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with complex domestic debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyout financings, acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations, working capital facilities, workouts, and restructurings.  He has extensive experience with senior secured, first and second lien, mezzanine, and asset-based credit facilities.
