Alexandra focuses on various transactions in commercial lending, corporate finance, and corporate lending such as sponsor finance and structured finance transactions.
Alexandra represents banks and other financial institutions and specifically focuses on middle market loan originations, including sponsor finance, structured finance, secured and unsecured, fund finance, mezzanine, second lien, and asset-based lending transactions.
Alexandra received a B.A. in Global Studies, with minors in Italian and Spanish and a Global Business Culture Certificate, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Illinois in 2013. Alexandra received a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Alexandra served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the University of Illinois Law Review and was President of the Corporate Business Law Association.
