Julien Gerson

Julien is an associate in the Capital Markets group at the Firm's Paris office. He advises issuers, underwriters and both private and listed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on equity capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, takeover bids and equity-linked securities. Julien works closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and execute successful capital markets transactions, ensuring they achieve their business and financial objectives.
