Evan focuses his practice on a broad range of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Winston, Evan gained valuable communications experience as deputy press secretary for the House Energy and Commerce Committee, where he served as a spokesperson for the Committee and Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) and developed and led press strategy and messaging on telecommunications, data privacy and security, and other consumer protection legislation.

Evan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Miami Public Interest and Harvey T. Reid Scholar. While in law school, Evan was a staff editor of the University of Miami Law Review and member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Evan received his B.A. in history from Vanderbilt University in 2015.
