Miriam focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. She has experience in various aspects of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
Her trademark prosecution practice involves prosecuting trademarks with the USPTO, bringing disputes before the TTAB, and brand enforcement and protection. Miriam has also worked on a variety of complex commercial litigation and class action matters.
Miriam received her B.A. in Communication Studies, with a minor in Business Institutions, from Northwestern University in 2016. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2021, where she served as a Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
