Bill is an attorney with the litigation group. As a former prosecutor who has litigated dozens of criminal trials, Bill brings experience both in court and as a former federal law clerk to be a creative and proactive problem-solver for his clients.
As a judicial law clerk, Bill researched issues and assisted with drafts on dozens of motions pending before the Court including, but not limited to, employment, contract, intellectual property, and civil rights cases. Bill worked closely with chambers staff on all matters related to the life of the Court’s cases, including pre-trial discovery, pre-trial motions practice, and issues presented before, during, and after trial.
Bill earned his J.D. from the Notre Dame Law School in 2019, where he won the H. King Williams Memorial Award and was Executive Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012.
