Nathan's litigation experience includes:
- defending several consumer litigations against a bank, including participating in hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations
- as sole counsel of record, obtaining dismissal of claims against a major bank in New York state court
- serving on a trial team defending a large pharmaceutical company in securities litigation
His pro bono experience includes:
- in Adams v. Quigley, representing Plaintiff in a Section 1983 trial against three New York Police Department officers for false arrest and denial of a fair trial based on fabrication of evidence resulting in a $1.125M jury award, the largest jury verdict in the Firm’s pro bono history
- serving on the Winston team that secured a significant trial victory on behalf of pro bono client Andre Adams, Black Staten Island resident, with the jury finding that the NYPD officers falsely arrested him for possession of marijuana and fabricated evidence to support both the marijuana and felony assault charges
