Alexander A. Ingoglia

Prior to joining Winston & Strawn’s Dallas office as a litigation associate, Alex practiced securities litigation for two years with a top Atlanta law firm. During his time in Atlanta, Alex worked for a Fortune 50 client on two high-stakes securities class action lawsuits. He also clerked for the Honorable S. Kyle Duncan on the Fifth Circuit, where he sharpened his writing abilities and enhanced his legal analysis skills. Alex uses his Masters of Business Administration to work with clients, including high-level executives, in complex commercial, business fraud, securities litigation matters.
