Mary focuses her practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions for large private and publicly held companies, where she provides counsel on entity formation, growth strategies, and general business planning.
Mary is an associate in the Houston office. She has substantial experience representing both public and private companies on both buy-side and sell-side in connection with mergers, asset purchases and sales, stock purchases and sales, bids, leveraged and equity recapitalizations, joint ventures, strategic alliances, leveraged buy-outs, spin-offs, tender offers, and proxy solicitations.
Mary also has experience in helping clients carefully vet target companies, and thoroughly analyzing liability and potential assets. She understands the importance of her clients’ needs and adopts their business goals as her own to meet their objectives.
Mary was recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
Mary received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2018, and she received her B.A. from Towson University in 2014.
