Kathleen focuses her practice on structured finance.
Kathleen is a finance associate in the New York office. She focuses her practice on corporate and finance transactions with an emphasis on structured finance and securitization. She has advised investment banks, issuers and investment managers in connection with CLO issuances, refinancings and warehouse financings, as well as securitizations involving asset classes such as consumer loans and tax liens.

Kathleen received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017, where she received the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar Award and contributed to Columbia Journal of Transactional Law. She earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2013, where she was on the Dean’s List and majored in Government.
