As Chief Information Officer, Rob leads the firm’s overarching information technology strategy and is responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver the highest level of service and results for our clients.

Rob has over 25 years of experience in the strategic planning, implementation and management of information systems and technology for corporations, governmental agencies, and law firms.

Prior to joining Winston, Rob was the Chief Information Officer at an AmLaw 20 firm. He has also served as the Interim CIO of several AmLaw firms and was a partner and Managing Director at two consulting firms serving the AmLaw 100.

Rob was a founding member of the PeopleFirst CIO group, an organization dedicated to creating a more creative and strategic workplace by focusing first on their people. In a collaborative space, the PeopleFirst CIO organizations conducted breakthrough experiments to identify opportunities for how people can work together to create extraordinary outcomes.

Rob also serves on the client advisory boards of several major technology organizations.

Rob attended LeTourneau University in East Texas where he majored in Computer Science Engineering, with a minor in Psychology. He also holds a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School.
