Associate
Artem is an antitrust associate with experience in litigation, government investigations, and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions. His practice focuses on the sports, technology, and energy sectors.
Artem also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing sex trafficking victims seeking to vacate past convictions and representing LGBTQ+ asylum seekers (in partnership with Sanctuary for Families).
Prior to joining Winston, Artem was an associate at another major international law firm. He also served as an intern at the Federal Trade Commission, Healthcare Sector; where he focused on claims brought under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.

Artem earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2021, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as the Notes Editor on the Columbia Journal of European Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, in economics from Davidson College in 2018.
