Jacob is a private investment associate with experience advising management companies on the structuring, formation, administration, and operation of private funds. He provides strategic support to sponsors by drafting and negotiating key fund documents. Jacob has worked with a variety of fund sponsors, including real estate and REIT funds and is skilled in implementing new private fund strategies for both established and emerging sponsors. Additionally, he addresses investor inquiries related to compliant investments, including those involving international investors and sovereign investment entities.

Jacob received his J.D. in 2021 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, cum laude, where he served as Executive Editor for the Consumer Law Review and President of the Jewish Law Student Association. He received his B.A. in Communication from the University of Louisville in 2016.
