Rebecca Landau

Rebecca joined Winston & Strawn in 2005 and oversees the firm’s Talent Acquisition Department and leads key talent development functions on a firmwide basis, including performance management and compensation for both associates and professional staff. Additionally, Rebecca is responsible for the development of policies, procedures, and best practices for associates, and is the senior staff liaison to the firm’s Associates Committee.

Prior to serving in this role, she was a senior member of the firm’s Attorney Recruiting & Development Department.
