Sabrina established Winston’s Project Management Office when she joined the firm in 2016. Under her leadership, the PMO has grown into a team of relationship managers and strategists, tackling complex projects to improve efficiencies and innovate processes. She collaborates with stakeholders and leads cross-departmental projects with an impact on the firm’s competitiveness and the efficiency of business processes.
