Adam Moskowitz
Associate
Adam’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, principally in the areas of antitrust, copyright, and trademark. He has experience with a variety of stages of litigation and motion practice.
Adam has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from inception through appeal, and has represented clients in the media and entertainment industry in high-stakes commercial disputes. His matters involve a wide range of issues, including claims under the Copyright Act, the Sherman Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), as well as New York state law claims of fraud, unfair competition, and tortious interference, among others. Adam has also negotiated settlement agreements and global enterprise licenses on behalf of his clients and has conducted intensive factual investigations in aid of litigation.
Adam was recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the area of Litigation - Intellectual Property.

Education
Adam received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2016 where he was senior editor and symposium chair for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. During law school, Adam was a research assistant, analyzing foreign antitrust statutes and the relationship between trade barriers and antitrust law. He received his B.S. in economics and in communication arts (Radio/TV/Film) from the University of Wisconsin in 2012.
