Brian L. O’Gara

Brian has experience with intellectual property disputes involving a variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, mRNA vaccines, banking systems, and medical devices. Brian has experience in many stages of district court litigation and plays a key role in those stages, from developing case strategy, conducting discovery including taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and drafting briefs.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian conducted legal research for Professor Mark P. McKenna at the University of Notre Dame Law School and clerked at an IP litigation boutique.
