Becca is a litigator who focuses her practice on antitrust and competition; government investigations, enforcement, and compliance; and sports.
Prior to joining Winston, Becca was a compliance specialist for a holding company where she oversaw routine financial compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) for entities and subsidiaries under the brand and helped to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and “Know Your Consumer” laws. Becca also has a background in public policy and previously served as communications director and headed constituent service operations for elected representatives in the New York State Assembly.

Education
Becca earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School in 2023. While in law school, she was a Business Law Fellow, an alumni chair board member for the Business Law Society, and a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Additionally, Becca externed with the California Office of the Attorney General in the antitrust section. She was also a legal intern for a software as a service (SaaS) cybersecurity and IT service management company. Becca received her B.A. in political science from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016.
