Kelly Perreault

Kelly focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, sports litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

Prior to joining Winston, Kelly was a summer associate at a boutique family law firm and an extern in the in-house legal department of a leading e-commerce company. Prior to law school, Kelly worked as an investigative intern for the San Diego Public Defender, Multiple Conflicts Office, and served as supervising legal intern for the California Innocence Project.
