Laurine Petit is based in Winston & Strawn’s Paris office and is a qualified lawyer in New York. Her practice is mainly focused on cross-border investigations, compliance, and regulatory enforcement matters. Laurine Petit assists clients on economic sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, digital assets & blockchain, and privacy data laws and regulations in regulated industries such as technology, new media, financial services and banking.
With her civil and common law legal experience and her multilingual skills, Laurine Petit also has extensive experience representing clients in international commercial arbitrations and cross-border litigations.
Laurine Petit joined the firm after working in a listed French oil & gas company and law firms, in France and in the U.S. (Washington D.C.).
