Olga Pototskaya
Associate
Olga concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and has experience representing clients in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She was also a Law Clerk in the Civil Actions Bureau at the Cook County’s State’s Attorney’s Office. Olga has experience drafting comprehensive memoranda and briefs, reviewing and analyzing case law, and preparing oral arguments. She leverages this experience to assist clients at all stages of litigation.
Prior to law school, Olga was a consultant at Deloitte, where she focused on talent strategy, change management, and organizational design for Fortune 500 companies.
Olga is also active in the firm’s pro bono program, focusing her practice on immigration issues. She spent a summer serving as a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow with the National Immigrant Justice Center, where she represented individuals seeking asylum.
Olga was recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the area of Commercial Litigation.

Education
Olga received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2020, where she was a staff editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. She received a B.A. in Communication Studies and a B.A. in Legal Studies from Northwestern University in 2015.
Olga is fluent in Russian and has limited working proficiency in Spanish.
