As Chief of Practice Operations (CPO), David leads the firm’s practice management and revenue driving operations, overseeing practice group performance and related execution of its strategic plan. He focuses on creating efficiencies across practice operations, talent management and financial analytics while promoting engagement and deeper connectivity across the firm’s Departments and practice groups. Leading cross-functional teams, David is also responsible for streamlining workflows and service delivery models for the firm’s clients while driving innovation at the intersection of technology and practice management.
