Isaac Rice
Associate
Isaac is a litigation associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office where he focuses his practice on advising clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Isaac was a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Wendy Beetlestone for the USDC for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Isaac was also a legal extern for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region III and a former volunteer at the University of Pennsylvania Pardon Project.

Education
Isaac earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2024, where he was Senior Editor at the Journal of International Law and Associate Editor at The Regulatory Review. Isaac received his M.P.A. from the from the University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute of Government in 2024, and a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School in 2023. He completed his B.A. in Telecommunications from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015.
