Tyler concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, drawing upon his prior experience as a paralegal at a large law firm and as a clerk at the Federal Trade Commission.
Tyler has represented clients in all stages of civil litigation in cases that have involved such issues as products liability, securities, defamation, and breach of contract. Tyler has significant experience drafting dispositive motions, taking depositions, and preparing witnesses for trial.
In 2018, Tyler earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School, where he was named a Dean’s Circle Fellow (top 10% of class) and served as a symposium editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. He received a B.A., cum laude, in political science, Spanish, and Russian in 2014 from the University of Notre Dame, where he was member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and Sigma Delta Pi Honor Society.
