Jose M. Rodriguez

Jose is an associate in the Chicago office. He focuses his practice on a variety of corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Jose also has experience working on Capital Markets matters including reviewing violations of Section 17(a) and Rule 10b-5 of the ’33 Securities Act and ’34 Exchange Act, drafting SEC action letters, bond certificates, credit agreements, and lock-up agreements. He also has experience with Restructuring, reviewing complex Chapter 11 restructuring plans for validity under Section 1145 and 330 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

Prior to joining Winston, Jose worked at Goldman Sachs & Co., Duke Wealth Management, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and served as an extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
