Daniella's practice includes a range of internal investigations and regulatory compliance matters with a focus on international trade and financial services.
Daniella’s international trade practice focuses on ensuring client’s compliance with global sanctions programs and performing due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She also assists in responding to government investigations from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Daniella regularly advises financial institutions in their compliance with securities regulations and consumer protection laws. In addition, she responds to and aids in the representation of clients on investigations and enforcement actions before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CPFB).
Daniella also maintains a robust pro-bono practice ranging from high-stakes impact litigation on LGBTQ+ rights to direct-client services in immigration and housing proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniella received an international law firm's Racial Justice Sustained Impact Fellowship where she interned with Ayuda Legal Puerto Rico in San Juan working on matters related to FEMA relief assistance and housing justice. She also represented low-income children in the context of education and the justice system through the UVA Law Youth Advocacy Clinic in partnership with the Legal Aid Justice Center.

Daniella earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023, where she served as a Legal Research & Writing Fellow and was on the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She also acted as the President of the Latin American Law Organization (LALO) and DEI Co-Chair for Virginia Law Women.
She received her B.A. from the University of Florida in 2020.
