Djénéba Samaké Bello

Djénéba represents public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and sales. Her experience includes notably conducting legal due diligence, drafting the contractual documentation, as well as the post-closing advice/follow-up. She also handles general corporate matters and restructurings.

Prior to joining Winston, Djénéba worked in various French and international law firms as well as in the African Desk of a famous firm, where she gained an experience in the African market.

Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
