Peyton L. Sherwood

Peyton focuses her practice on internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex commercial litigation, as well as various aspects of employment law and matters related to privacy and data security.

In addition to her litigation practice, Peyton is also an active participant in providing pro bono services to the community, with a focus on cases involving prisoners’ rights and civil claims pursuant to Section 1983.

During law school, Peyton served as a Writing Advisor in UCLA’s Legal Research and Writing Program.
