Katelyn is a litigation associate whose practice comprises a range of securities litigation, regulatory and internal investigations, and corporate governance matters.
Katelyn maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on cases involving prisoners’ rights and civil claims pursuant to Section 1983. Prior to joining the firm, she interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.
Katelyn received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review and was involved in the First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic. She received her M.St. with Distinction from the University of Oxford and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
