Rachael E. Thompson

Rachael concentrates on complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and in international arbitration, with a particular emphasis on breach of contract, tort, and intellectual property litigation. She represents clients, both domestic and international, from numerous industries, including energy, banking, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Winston, Rachael clerked for the Honorable Ewing Werlein, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal in the Southern District of Texas. Rachael uses this experience in the judiciary to assist and advise her clients.
