Bruce Toth

Bruce focuses his practice on securities, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He represents clients including Lear Corporation, TreeHouse Foods, IPG Photonics, Superior Industries, NGL Energy, Federal-Mogul, Icahn Automotive, IAC, Viskase, New Day Aluminum and Plexus Corporation. His recent representative transactions include a US$5B divestiture, acquisitions valued at US$2.7B and US$750M, a German acquisition valued at US$715M, a US$1.4B sale and a US$300M going private transaction; note offerings of US$500M, US$775M, €240M and €715M; and equity offerings of US$865M and US$150M. He has also acted as interim general counsel for three publicly-traded companies.

Prior to joining Winston & Strawn in 1982, Bruce was a vice president in the corporate finance department of Prescott, Ball & Turbin, an investment banking firm.
