Emma Sutton

Emma focuses her practice on general litigation and complex commercial disputes.
During law school, Emma served as a member of the board for the 1L Mock Trial Competition and a student attorney in the Youth Opportunity Clinic. She also served as an intern for the Federal Public Defenders for the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to attending law school, Emma participated in The Ohio State University’s Oxford Pre-law program, where she got to study Anglo-American law from professors of The Ohio State University and the University of Oxford.

Emma earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2023. She graduated, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 2020 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
