James concentrates his practice on representing lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private companies in a wide variety of complex financing transactions.

James advises his clients in making a variety of debt and equity investments, including syndicated financings, secured and unsecured debt, mezzanine and second lien financings and equity co-investments. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including health care, technology, professional services, and manufacturing. He leverages his additional experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters in structuring creative solutions for his clients.
