Helen Winters

Helen received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota, cum laude, where she was Note & Comment Editor on the Minnesota Law Review. She received dual B.A. degrees, in Public Policy and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Gettysburg College, where she was a Fielding Fellow.
