Having served as in-house general counsel for several companies, Scott has a solid understanding of the challenges facing companies and their legal departments. In this regard, he has significant experience identifying issues and developing strategies and solutions to resolve clients’ specific concerns.

Scott supervises attorney teams who assist with legal projects for both internal and external clients. As a seasoned attorney for over 30 years, he has led the in-house legal functions for both public and private companies that conduct business domestically and internationally. This experience has provided him with great insight concerning clients' needs across a broad legal spectrum.
