Duoye is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office where he advises clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Duoye joined the firm from Winston’s summer associate program and has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including antitrust, intellectual property, and government investigation. His pro bono work includes housing rights and immigration matters.
During law school, Duoye was a research assistant to a law professor, where he assisted in research related to digital economy and technology regulation, and was an intern for the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment. Prior to law school, Duoye studied law and economics in China and worked as a legal intern at a leading Chinese law firm and at one of the largest international law firms in Asia-Pacific, assisting with various corporate transactions.

Duoye earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2024, where he was a recipient of James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and The Parker School Certificate for Achievement in International and Comparative Law, and served as Student Co-Editor-in-Chief at The American Review of International Arbitration. Duoye received his LL.B. and B. Econ. from Tsinghua University in 2021, where he was Executive Editor at the Tsinghua China Law Review. He also studied as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law in 2020 Spring.
