Christina focuses her practice on a variety of internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and other complex litigation ranging from product liability class actions to earn-out disputes.
Christina regularly works with companies and audit committees in connection with internal investigations, whistleblower allegations, and regulatory defense matters. Her clients range from individuals to multinational companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries. Christina has represented clients in matters in front of the DOJ, CFPB, SEC, and numerous state attorneys general, as well as in federal and state court proceedings nationwide.
She also maintains a robust pro bono practice. In the past year, Christina has successfully worked to gain asylum for individuals fleeing from Venezuela, Honduras, and Uganda. She has also advocated for prisoners’ rights in the Northern District of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and she has negotiated compensatory education plans on behalf of special needs children and young adults with the City of Chicago.
Christina is actively involved in law school recruiting and is a member of La Alianza and the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Hispanic National Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving access to higher education and increasing diversity in the legal profession.

Education
Christina earned her J.D., with honors, from The University of Chicago Law School in 2023. While in law school, she was a board member of the Latinx Law Student Association, a Hinton Moot Court participant, and a member of the Antitrust Law Society and Student Admissions Committee. Christina received her B.A., with honors, from the University of Florida in 2019.
