On December 21, Winston Partner Daniel Meagher presented a session titled “Jurisdiction Clauses Post-Brexit: Drafting and Strategy Considerations,” at a webinar addressing post-Brexit, cross-border legal considerations between Italy and the United Kingdom. The event was hosted by the Rome Bar Association in cooperation with the Italian International Chamber of Commerce and The Law Society.
