Winston Receives 2019 GCR Award for Auto Parts Antitrust Litigation

Winston & Strawn’s Antitrust/Competition Practice won the “Litigation of the Year – Cartel Defense” award for the firm’s work in the Auto Parts Antitrust Litigation at the 2019 GCR Awards on March 26, 2019. Winston was also nominated for Lithium Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation and Kleen Products v. International Paper in the Litigation of the Year – Cartel Defense category, and Alston v. NCAA within the Litigation of the Year – Cartel Prosecution category.
In addition, Co-Executive Chairman and Co-Chair of the Antitrust/Competition Practice, Jeffrey Kessler, was nominated for GCR’s 2019 “Litigator of the Year” award, which recognizes competition litigators for their superior technical skill, practical judgment, and excellence in serving clients.
