Jason is an e-Discovery attorney who advises Fortune 100 clients in antitrust, complex commercial, health care, and product liability litigation and in regulatory and government investigations.
Jason has handled all aspects of a case from inception to trial, Jason now focuses his practice on helping clients manage complex issues involving litigation readiness, preservation obligations, analytic document review technologies, reasonable and proportional discovery efforts, deposition preparation, and discovery sanctions. He specializes in leveraging advanced processing and review technologies to reduce his clients’ e-Discovery costs. Jason has advised Fortune 100 clients concerning electronic and document discovery in the context of anti-trust litigation, complex commercial litigation, health care litigation, product liability litigation, and regulatory and government investigations.
