Michael is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity. Michael has a diverse practice, having represented public and private companies, private equity funds, venture capital firms, financial institutions and institutional investors, to start-ups and entrepreneurs.
