$525 Million Delmarva Power & Light Company Private Placement of First Mortgage Bonds

Represented a group of institutional investors in connection with the issuance by Atlantic City Electric Company of $150 million of its First Mortgage Bonds pursuant to a Section 4(2) U.S. private placement. The offering was comprised of $100 million of First Mortgage Bonds, 3.50% Series due May 21, 2029, and $50 million of First Mortgage Bonds, 4.14% Series due May 21, 2049. Mizuho Securities USA, Inc and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. served as placement agents for the offering.
