Jessica G. Batey

Jessica is an associate in the Chicago office. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Winston, Jessica served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David E. Nahmias in the Supreme Court of Georgia and as a corporate extern to the general counsel of an energy drink company based in Boca Raton, FL. Before law school, Jessica worked as a paralegal at a large international law firm in Washington, DC.
