Allison M. Booth
Associate
Allison focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, and white collar defense and investigations. She also helps clients navigate legal issues associated with international trade.
Allison maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients with disabilities in obtaining benefits, asylum seekers in acquiring permanent residential status, and individuals incarcerated for juvenile offenses in receiving reduced sentences.
Prior to law school, Allison worked with a non-profit repairing homes for low-income and disabled clients, and worked with a non-profit combatting child sexual exploitation in the Philippines.

Education
Allison received her J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2020, where she was a member of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal and wrote about litigation issues with an international component to them, including forum selection clauses, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, governmental and official immunities, international art restitution cases, and international jurisdictional issues. She received her B.A., with honors, in history and sociology from Texas A&M University in 2015, where she was part of the Cornerstone Honors Program.
During law school, Allison was a judicial intern for Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She also worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Section of the Civil Rights Division, where she helped prosecute hate crimes and color of law violations.
