Leïla Bouhamidi

As an associate in the Corporate and Restructuring & Special Situations practice at Winston & Strawn’s Paris office, she works within the team led by Julie Cittadini. Leïla is notably involved in mergers and acquisitions, complex reorganization transactions, and distress M&A across a variety of industries.

She has also developed expertise in restructuring, assisting distressed companies, particularly in court-ordered takeovers.

She is fluent in French and English.
