Carol A. DiPrinzio

Carol has honed her skills through a multifaceted legal career, specializing in financial services. Her practice has encompassed representing mortgage lenders in foreclosure and related bankruptcy litigation, as well as advocating for banks and nonbank lenders, mortgage lenders and servicers, third-party service providers, auto lenders, and debt collection companies. Her extensive representation of financial institutions extends to individual and class litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement matters.

Early in her career, Carol served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bruce Fox of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she researched and drafted legal memoranda on bankruptcy and state law issues, such as confirmation of a chapter 11 plan and the enforceability of a constructive trust.
